drug testing

Does anyone know about drug testing if you are getting tested for meth,coc,marijuana,morphine, Is there anything that would show up one these? Or is all that have to be taken to a lab and done? How does all that work.

A standard NIDA 5 test does not have to be done in a lab (though if you test non negative it will be sent to a lab for further analysis...)

now does that mean that dbol test ect. can show up because my friend he said when they do the test he test negative and they dump the rest of piss out?
