Drug Testing

Our big client at work just instituted a policy that would require that our staff all take drug tests. Unfortunately, we had a staff meeting and figured out that 75% of the staff would fail miserably if tested today. Here's the question...

Does anyone know how long opiates such as Vicadin realistically stay in your system and show up positive? Same for ephedrine products? We have the other stuff under control. Those were the only unknowns.
