If it is outside sports you tell them you're on andro or norandro. Can't easily tell the difference between test and andro or deca and norandro and probably not worth the time or money to pursue it or risk the legal consequences of messing with someone's job over a potentially legal substance. The whole idea of steroid testing in the workplace to me is ludicrous. What is the cost benefit? Unless someone is really displaying some strange behavior, I can't see why, other than for political reasons that any employer would waste the time and money testing for steroids. In fact, many companies are quietly getting away from drug testing because it has not been shown to be of much benefit. It has more to do with political correctness than anything else.
