I could be wrong here, but I talked with an attorney friend of mine about this, and he could be wrong as well, but he stated it doesn’t matter if they test him. All they found were needles and that of course if probable cause to search his person or home for other drugs, but just because they found steroids in his system doesn’t mean the charges are going to be any worse. And since they didn’t find on steroids on person or home, the chances of them really testing for them is next to none. He stated that they are trying to scare him into admitting and turning and the steroids that he has in. Therefore allowing the charges to increase and find out any information about where or whom he got them from.
Plus he added that even if he gets a shitty attorney, that the charges will be nothing more than community service.
