That is what my small lock box has become. The contents consist of:

2 bottles of Ttokkyo Cyp. 200mg
1 bottle of QV Deca 300mg
30 Clomid tabs
60 Nolvadex Tabs
100 Bromo Tabs
50 3cc syringes with 22g needles
50 18g needles
rubbing alcohol
cotton swabs
1 bottle of IP Prop (not being used for first cycle)

Holy shit...I feel like a fucking serious drug addict and this is my first cycle! Tomorrow I will take a step on the dark side. :mix:

You are going to love it. But you may want to consider getting some 25 ga. to use instead of those 22's, you have to inject slower, but it's worth it imo.

If I have to wait any longer I am going to shoot myself! I have been set back every week or two for about every possible reason. Now 3 months after I was planning on starting and I can't wait any longer. I would inject with a 2 gauge needle right now. LOL! Like always, thanks for the good advice Terminator! Grey Karma for ya! Sorry I am shooting blanks right now.;)

As I have gotten older I have found a couple things. One, due to years of training I am able to recruite a lot more muscle fiber than I could many years ago. This means I have more strength for a given amount of muscle. This in cunjunction with simple aging means I can actually work less time wise and still fatigue my muscles to grow.

Thats one thing that seems to be often overlooked. An average untrained person is only capable of recruiting approx 10% of their given muscle fiber to perform a certian task. The other extreme would be an elite athlete who is capable of 50% recruitment. That puts most of us somewhere in the 30-40% range. Using simple math and to keep things simple lets say someone started lifting 5 years ago and that this person did not gain any mass(this is just to keep the math simple). Now, in any given workout for a starting lifter lets say they did 20 sets, but that 20 sets was done only using 10% of their muscle. Now compare that to 5 years later. If they follow the same routine and do 20 sets with 30% recruitement they are actually exposing themselves to about 3x the amount of fatigue and work that they did 5 years earlier. This is obviously an oversimplified example but can shed a lot of light into why some people grow off what seems to be so little work. I usually do 6 to 20 sets a workout myself, it depend on the method of trianing im doing. However, the days when I do high sets usually involve sets of only 5 rep sets.

take a pic of it, bro...
I wish I took them before I started cycling...
It's gonna look beautiful...

And take a pic of yourself before and after your cycle, this makes it easier to see the gains, because when you see yourself everyday you might not notice them as much.

Thanks for the advice guys! Sorry Terminator I will have to give you some Karma later. It's telling me to spread it around. Now, I have to get a good camera!:D ;) :D
