I'm about 6'2'', 230 lbs. Bigger in the chest shoulders and back and quads. Biceps and calves are definately my 2 major weak points. I got my bf measured at 11% by the caliper method about 6 weeks ago. I might be a % point or 2 higher now.
I'm just turned 28 today. I used gear inappropriately, starting when I was about 20. I didn't know what I was doing. Dbol only, winny only, missing injections, doubling up the injections the next week. I did this intermitantly until I was about 22. I had never heard of nolvadex and clomid. I'm not proud, and obviously, I didn't sustain alot of gains. Between 23 and 25, I didn't touch anything. The last 2 and a half years, with the help of this board, I've done things more intelligently. In about 30 months, I've done 4 cycles, the last being 500 mg test per week, 300 md deca per week and about 30 mg dbol. The test and dbol were run for 10 weeks, the dbol for 6. I kept about 9 pounds of muscle, because I started a diet too soon after the cycle. I finished the cycle in October.
