Drink, shoot... it's up to you. Shooting is said to be more effective. I would probably drink it and make everyone believe I am cool... or just take Halos.

There was a study posted on T-mag by Brock Strasser. Apparently, winny is more effective when shot (Big suprise
), about 50% more effective, So if you are shooting 25mg ed, you would drink 37.5mg ed. Obvoiusly, shooting would be a safer and cheaper alternative because you would need less.
