drinking winny......split the dose or not?

i'll be drinking 50mg per day should i split it twice a day 25/25 or just do it once per day at 50 luke

I agree with the majority, Split it through out the day, 25mg/morn and 25mg/night for optimal results cause it should help keep a steady level in your system
