I think that the problem is, like Audio said, that normaly when you go out partying your diet suffers and you end up burning calories from muscle mass. At least in my experience I have noticed that if I eat a big meal before going out, when I weight myself the next morning, I found no lost of weight. But, if I do not eat properly, I loose 2 or 3 pounds overnight. That's not good since it works against my goals. But then again, I have a life to live. I really try to limit my nights out without eating cause it's sad to see my hard work going down the drain.
