I must say that I disagree 100%. I typically like to drink until blackout (20-25 drinks) a few times a week. I'm sure it may hurt my gains a little but it's lots of fun.

3 or 4 once i month will not harm you. just keep it in moderation. if your on an oral such as dbol winny etc. then i would stay away from alcohol altogether. im delaying my cycle for 2 weeks just so i can drink during memorial day weekend.
drinking period is bad for you its poison thats why you feel like shit the next day ...but once in a while its o.k your not going to die or hurt your gains crazy.....but while on a cycle forget the hindering i worry about beerballs and roidrage mixing bad combo man its either jail or somebody really getting fucked up....definitely if you drink and get amped up dont do it while on a cycle...
I abstain from drinking while "on", however, does anyone think it would be beneficial to load up on milk thistle if you were going to have a few drinks one night, both before and after.
Just FYI, I use ALA for liver de-tox effects and save the milk thistle for post-cycle...especially when using orals.
