Drinking VODKA while you work out?

Anyone tried drinking vodka while you work out? My endurance and strength goes way up! Sure you're trashed by the time you finish your work out but damn you get a good work out and are REALLY pumped. Anyone else try it?
 
yes but vodka contains C2/O3/H1/Tr4.... similiar to one of the ingredients in sus 250...... creates massive strength in the initial buzz phase

assuming this isn't a bs post, which it most likely is, I can't see the point of drinking while I lift. even if you do get some added strenth you will never be able to bennifet from it. im all about getting larger, being a drunk wont get me there.
 
only time i have ever heard of a person drinking was just before a contest they drink redwine for its simple sugars that hit the blood stream and can cuase some extra vascularity . a old rumor arnold was scene drinking beer the night of a show and so was a few other body builders for the reason that it cuases you to pee as a duretic and can get ride of that last bit of water but that shit was like 30 years ago prob before they found diuretics.

and that only a one time use right before a contest , not during any real work outs maybe just a back stage pumping up

I used to drink booze before training, but then I switched to huffing paint and smoking meth instead. Sometimes I eat asbestos before I train too.

actually...i take a few hits from a blunt pre-workout every time and i have been doing so for years. it helps put me in a zone...just me and the fuckin weights. it helps me block out the bangin' hot girls at the gym that have on close to nothing. personally...i hate distractions at the gym. can't stand when people try and talk to me there. a simple hello is fine. if i wanna chat, i'll call you and if i don't call being that i don't have your number...means i have nothing to say to you.

never had an issue handling the weight stoned. justy to be on the safe side though, if i'm blazed...i never train without having a spot unless using machines. 2nd...if i'm blazed...i tend to use the smith machine for chest just to be on the safe side. smokin also gives me a fucked up crazy appetite when i'm done with my workout.

now...as for alcohol consumption, thats a different issue. personally, and i know you've already statd that it was supposed to be a sarcastic joke :rolleyes: , thats fuckin stupid.

I did b4 a workout one time and couldnt do crap, could barely warm up. everytime i tried to do a set i ended up laughing so hard i would drop it. so i jus ended up playin ping pong for ab 2 hrs...all in all a good day

i've seen it done... also, i lot of people like to smoke weed prior to working out... At least in my gym they do.
 
The worst is when you get ripped the night before, then when you hit cardio the next day it all comes outa your pores , feels like you drinking all over again :p
 
alcohol causes hinderance in protein availability to your muscles. so it would be like OVER working out which tears down the muscles without building them back bigger. It would also be especially toxic to your liver if you are on a cycle. Bad things man. If you really want something to pump you up and focus you before a workout, try NO xplode.
