Dreaded Stretch marks and Acne

Hey folks!

I had a few questions regarding stretch marks and acne. I have been lifting for quite some time now and occasionally I would notice a few stretch marks forming here and there,; and this is all naturally. I am near starting my first cycle (I posted about in previous threads and received all the help I needed) of Test-E for 12 weeks at 500mg a week. There will be drastic weight gain if I do everything correctly, so I was wondering if there are any specific precautions any of you EF members take to prevent them? (I was thinking maybe to use some kind of cream..?)

Also, I am acne prone (face only, no acne on body anywhere else). What are some recommendations to limit/prevent intra cycle/ post cycle acne? (I do not want to use accutane. Anything else I am all ears. I have heard some people mention Vitamin B5).

coca oil or Vit E oil will help the best thing you can do is eat foods that will prevent this.

First it's important to drink lots of water, at least 2 gallons a day, next foods high in zinc are important to include in your diet. You can find zinc in foods such as fish and nuts. Don't skimp on protein. Protein-rich foods include meats and eggs. Finally, watch your vitamin intake. The Cleveland Clinic recommends foods high in vitamins A, C and D, such as carrots, citrus fruits and milk.
A diet which includes fruits, vegetables, healthy oils like olive oil and flax seed oil, and a diet which is low in fat can prevent stretch marks
 
Yeah healthy diet, lots of vitamins is all you can do for the stretch marks. It depends on your skin type, some people get them, some don't.
I started to see stretch marks on my arms, legs just after 1 year of training naturally, and I still have them today, they say once you got them they won't dissapear completely, only fade. I've tried creams, body lotions which contained E vitamins but no help.
 
and like me after going from 260 i never had them, its all in prepairing the prevention process.
 
Thank you guys for the inputs! I gradually noticed the marks appearing only after 2-3 months of training. It has been 4-5 years now and I can still see them, but they are faded. Also, what is anyone's take on B5 for acne? I will check that link out as well!
 
U can go 2 a dermatologist they will give u cream. Also there is a gland near the kidney that produces a protein and hormone responsible for the growth between layers of skin. I had a football injury when I was 16 smashed a third off my lower kidney after I healed I ended up getting alot of stretch marks f*ckem they r battle scars from growing. Nothing ive tried

Dosage above 1 gram will help dry up acne however it's not a cure all, as once the treatment stops acne usually returns.
 
I get acne coming off cycle from HCG...I honestly have 2 showers a day and use a really good body scrub and them soap...I use a bio therm sport wash and it works great.
