drawing question !

so what do you guys do to compensate for the extra space in the needle while drawing?using the 20 gauge terumo needle with 3cc barrel...want to make sure it draws accuratte so there no complaining theres a ml short at the last injection of the bottle...thanks

pre draw 2 ml and shoot that into the vial to create a vacum effect. THen pull back 2 ml worth and your third ml (assuming 3 in a vial) leaves you with one ml in the vial, right?

not really what i was looking for...its for 250mg/10ml vial just doing 1 ml injection twice a week....what im wondering is if you draw the needle back all the way so the liquid stops at the first marker on the barrel and measuring from the irst marl to 2nd to leasure 1 accurrate ml and so there is none in the needle itself...or if the needle being filled with the liquid is already compensated and the the markings on the barrel reflects that

I dont know if it is compensated for on the markings but I hate to wast the juce that is under the plunger so when I draw I pull a small air buble then thump it back up to the plunger so when i inject the air bubble purges the pin. As alwayse aspirate so your not shooting anything into vein although you would have to shoot a huge amount of air into vein to cause any real problems.
