Drawing from a glass amp????

*ADVANCED TECHNIQUE


Break the top off the amp very carefully so there is a clean and even break.

Then unscrew the pin from the needed and stick needle down on top of the amp without the pin.

Then turn upside down and pull the plunger back fillinf the needle.

Screw pin back on and the pin never touches anything before you stick yourself.

I like that idea....

You can also on some amps... actually break off the top, then pull out the plunger on your needle and pour in the gear.... reasemble it and shoot away. This is less sterile then other methods though, but sometimes it's a hell of a lot easier.

I have never scored it & never had a problem with them. I just put it in a towel......in one quick reflex........snap.....easy as 123.

definitely score the skinny part of the neck. use a pen cap and pop that thing right off

do you have one of the old fashioned, hand crank can openers with the holes in the handle? stick the top of the vial in the hole, and snap it off like opening a beer bottle. works every time for me!

the russian sust amps will not open unless you score them i have opened many types but they are the worst
i use a hack saw blade and just angle it slightlyso you are using the edge of the cutting edge o broke three sust amps in a row and then got the saw
