drawbacks to shipping with fedex or ups internationally

i didnt know that there was different kinds of customs, but i have heard that the faster the shipping the more it is examined...i dunno the truth..i dont think there is one

Do not use FED-EX or UPS when shipping international. Bad idea, customs scrutinizes their packages much more than the mail. Also both companies will open your package in many instances to verify that you have put the correct info down on the customs paperwork. I would stick to the mail.

They both suck for gear shipping. But I heard that Fedex is very bad about opening packagages.

The other countries mail system will get it over here. Then the U.S. mail will handle it once it clears customs.

I've heard same that USPS was the best.
I had a thread removed the other day. I had to PM a mod to find out where the fuck it went. The mod gave me a reason and as far as I know it was a misunderstanding.
Stay away from UPS and FED-Ex, stick to usps. I was once told if you must ship something through UPS or Fed-Ex, Christmas time you have the best chance at getting it through because they're usually so overwhelmed with packages. This is something I just heard, I've never tested it, never needed too.
