I think this is some MTV special about plastic Surgery, but regardless he is giving some guy calve implants....
 
i seen that shit......that guy is such a fuckin homo (the guy getting the implants).

I have the world's worst calves and i would not even for a second think about doing that. Might as well inject synthol into them forever.

Dr Nadler however is a great surgeon, especially in the area of gyno but he's pricey as hell(as are most NYC surgeons). One of my friend's paid over 7 grand for gyno surgery but he did an excellent job.

his gyno surgery is $7500.....
 
The guy is isnt a fuckin homo because he got implants he is just a looser. calves happen to be one of the hardest body parts to build for many people, due to the fact that blood and oxygen supply is limited due to its location.

Well, the guy obviously has some really deep seeded insecurity because of his calves - seems silly to me to, but what the hey.

I guess it'll make him feel better.
 
Yeah thay guy wasn't big at all toned yes but not big enuff to have surgery to even out his physique. And not only that but he was actually in the club pulling up his pants to show girls how hot his legs were... Like they gave a f&*k....

yeah that guy was a complete dickhead, thought he was gods gift to woman or some shit. He needed shot.
