From the years I spent fat and then thinned up my skin did stretch. It bounced back pretty well at 17-18 but I had major stretch marks. I haven’t got any stretch marks yet.
Many women have told me that my skin is usually soft. I say nothing to this because I attribute this to the extra skin that is still there. It’s more pliable and less rigid.
I think the skin overall will be OK. Since I started working out my jacket size went from a 41.5 to a 48. My arms from 11 to 16.5. The skin is just being draw up into different locations on my torso.
There will always be love handles due to skin and I would think stubborn fat no matter how trimmed I get. It’s something I’ll deal with and not really worry about. My hips are unusually large. Even when I was 165 I was called “bitch hips” by my buddies. Again, something I’ll deal with and a larger chest will offset. Smoke and mirrors!
At your bodyweight, even if you are 25% bf, you will downregulate your thyroid, and lose a considerable amount of lean body mass on 2000 calories. I cut on 3500 and manage to loss 3 ibs of bf a week at the begining. You may wish to consider something like 2600-3000. What type of diet are you using, and what does yoru cycle look like? What is your routine and cardio going to be like?
I’ll be using 400mg Primo / week and Winstrol EOD. I did this once before and dropped 15 pounds and then broke my rib. Totally derailed me and I was losing weight and gaining strength. I would think more along the lines of 2200 since calories do sneak in here and there. Since work has ONLY crap burgers and garbage I carry around protein bars. 300 calories and 32 grams of protein. Coffee with milk, 3 sugar in raws, you know here and there.
From a 42 gap baggy pants (remember bitch hips) I was about to get into a 38, it was about 2 weeks away. I fractured it and then 2 weeks later sneezed and totally broke it. 8 weeks of NOTHING. You would be surprised how QUICK you deflate. Not juice deflate, I mean in general.
Cardio will be 30-40 min 4x per week. I hate cardio as it is and it’s damn boring. I rather lift but I am doing it no matter what.
For thyroid downregualtion I have T3 and will take 12.5 mg per day. It’s tiny compared with the hardcore 50mg per day guys.
