Down to 25% bf

I know for all you guys in the low teens it’s no big deal but I am coming down from 36%. I am only 5 pounds up from where I started, now 220.

In late September I’ll be doing a cutting cycle and limiting my calories to about 2000 per day. Stuff expires in about 6 months. Better in my glutes then in the garbage.

Any pointers would be appreaciated as always.

keep up the hard work. in the end when you reach your goal and continue to hear positive feedback you will feel even more fantastic about yourself.
 
I know how much hard work goes into that kind of fat loss, so congratulations. Its different for us fat guys turned skinny. Many will take this the wrong way, but its no thing for a skinny guy to stick a needle in their arm and gain 20 pounds. A big guy losing 20 pounds on the other hand is a feat. Keep us updated and good work.
 
Your gear will probly still be good after it expires, just not as powerful (or so Ive heard -- not sure if there is any truth to it).

As long as your gear hasn't been exposed to insane weather conditions I think its still good. :)

But feel free to use it before it expires also. :)
 
At your bodyweight, even if you are 25% bf, you will downregulate your thyroid, and lose a considerable amount of lean body mass on 2000 calories. I cut on 3500 and manage to loss 3 ibs of bf a week at the begining. You may wish to consider something like 2600-3000. What type of diet are you using, and what does yoru cycle look like? What is your routine and cardio going to be like?
 
Good job buddy. I was at like 30%+ too at one point too. Just gotta put your head down and plow through the rest. Like a rhino
 
It’s easy NOT to eat. But that’s not the way to do it. It’s also easy to stuff your face but I can’t do that. It’s a pain in the ass to hover right in the middle. I hope to already have my new years resolution by the time new years comes.

I agree, it’s damn easy to bulk up. I was in high school 240 pounds with 11 inch arms. 5’11”. I mean FAT like morbidly. I crash dieted for a year and dropped to 137. I looked like I escaped from a concentration camp. I held at 165 for 10 years (24%bf) and then started taking med that tossed me up to 215. Again, fat as a house.

It suck but what can you do? Just try I guess and if I fail, try again.

question for ya...

Keep up the awesome work...I remember the days of being fat and nasty...but just like you I worked my ass off and now I live in another world. One question...are you finding that your skin is drawing up as the fat goes away or do you have some of that stubborn loose skin from all the lose? Just wondering...keep it up
 
From the years I spent fat and then thinned up my skin did stretch. It bounced back pretty well at 17-18 but I had major stretch marks. I haven’t got any stretch marks yet.

Many women have told me that my skin is usually soft. I say nothing to this because I attribute this to the extra skin that is still there. It’s more pliable and less rigid.

I think the skin overall will be OK. Since I started working out my jacket size went from a 41.5 to a 48. My arms from 11 to 16.5. The skin is just being draw up into different locations on my torso.

There will always be love handles due to skin and I would think stubborn fat no matter how trimmed I get. It’s something I’ll deal with and not really worry about. My hips are unusually large. Even when I was 165 I was called “bitch hips” by my buddies. Again, something I’ll deal with and a larger chest will offset. Smoke and mirrors!

I’ll be using 400mg Primo / week and Winstrol EOD. I did this once before and dropped 15 pounds and then broke my rib. Totally derailed me and I was losing weight and gaining strength. I would think more along the lines of 2200 since calories do sneak in here and there. Since work has ONLY crap burgers and garbage I carry around protein bars. 300 calories and 32 grams of protein. Coffee with milk, 3 sugar in raws, you know here and there.

From a 42 gap baggy pants (remember bitch hips) I was about to get into a 38, it was about 2 weeks away. I fractured it and then 2 weeks later sneezed and totally broke it. 8 weeks of NOTHING. You would be surprised how QUICK you deflate. Not juice deflate, I mean in general.

Cardio will be 30-40 min 4x per week. I hate cardio as it is and it’s damn boring. I rather lift but I am doing it no matter what.

For thyroid downregualtion I have T3 and will take 12.5 mg per day. It’s tiny compared with the hardcore 50mg per day guys.

Same here, I used to be about 33%, now im in the low teens and shooting for single digits. Never look back.
