Hey guys, feeling a little better about myself......what does the body fat look like.......I haven't done cardio in a couple of days and am going to cut down on it b/c I was losing a lot of weight b/c of the heat around here plus my heavy lifting and sweating in the shed outside working out. I feel comfy with myself now but still need a little more fat shedding and lean mass. What do ya think? Also what do you think needs definite work and last thing, how do you work the outer area of the chest, like the outside by your bicep when your arm is next to your side? Flyes? or crossovers?

good progress soldier..
id say your bf is around 13% or so..

stick with the big lifts..
pull downs, chest/shoulder presses, deads, squats.

another 10 pounds of muscle and youre straight.

Hmm.. I'm not sure about the outter chest area - I'm def not the chest expert here
 
AWESOME PROGRESS!!!
You can do dumbell flyes for the outer chest.
Keep it up maing.
Don't worry about the cardio making you lose size. When you get even leaner you will love it. You will see everything working. Its crazy!
 
you were 220?
