Hey guys, feeling a little better about myself......what does the body fat look like.......I haven't done cardio in a couple of days and am going to cut down on it b/c I was losing a lot of weight b/c of the heat around here plus my heavy lifting and sweating in the shed outside working out. I feel comfy with myself now but still need a little more fat shedding and lean mass. What do ya think? Also what do you think needs definite work and last thing, how do you work the outer area of the chest, like the outside by your bicep when your arm is next to your side? Flyes? or crossovers?
