everyone is gonna have a slightly different opinion of how to run it, really there isn't a perfect way to dose your rats. just gotta try it out and see what fits you the best. I will warn you though chemical need albuterol is strong as shit. so a dose you used from another supplier might be too high when using chemical need.

Yes u at least need benadryl to upregulate ur beta receptors. Ketotifen is supossedly much better at a accomplishing this and has some other side benefits. They sell it at most of our board sponsor research chem stores.

What would I dose the keto at? Also I'm planning on a sarms stack with albuterol in the future. I do want to try it solo first to see how my body reacts to it.

1mg but I would just use Benadryl, works just as well and is cheaper, you dose the Benadryl at 50mg or 2 tablets
