dose - constant or pyramid

wonderin if it is better to either do a pyramid stack or maintian same dosages of the sus and deca i will be running for 10 weeks

pyramid is an old thing ...you can start low and increase , but there is no point in decreasing doses at the end before stoping . Because your body will not start producing untill you have completly stoped , so you can just stop instead of decreasing dosages to stop later ....

Hay Victor...pyramiding is an old thing and may be outdated....but so am I!!! I like to look at the dosage of a cycle. My thought process is that pyramids should be used for heavier cycles. There really is no benefit to pyramid a mild cycle of less than 1/2g per week. My rationale for this is two fold.

First, immediate cessation of gear can lead to an increase of catabolic molecules. These molecules build up and overcome the anabolic molecules. The receptor sites in your body become filled with catabolic molecules and a large amount of muscle can be losed in a very short period of time. As a result, cortisol levels are also increased which gives us the blues....big time!

Secondly, using a pyramid allows for gradual changes in hormone levels. This gives our boys a "fighting chance" to resume normal testosterone production. As we all know if this doesn't occur ASAP...muscle mass can be lost very quickly.

So pyramiding may help your body return to normal easier and quicker. It also helps with that nasty cortisol and the flesh eating catabolic molecules.

Hope this helps to offer a different point of view by playing devil's advocate. I like to pyramid but it's not for everyone.....always at the users discretion.

naa bro , pyramiding isn't really used nowadays , it is already proved that you will not START to produce EVEN ONE SINGLE ML of test UNTILL you stop introducing it . So there really is no point .

It is even worse , if you are taking 500 mg test a week ....and making good gains out of it , and if you start using 300 mg for 2 weeks , then 150 mg for 2 weeks and so on , and then , later stop it . You have just WASTED your GEAR because you will stop growing and at the same time NOT allowing your body to start producing it . So , there is really no point in this .

All that cortisol thing and muscle loss can easily be avoided with the right PCT + suplements + diet manipulation .

What Vic said^ (again) LOL But hey, if pyramiding works for you then go for it. Everybody is different. My old girlfriend, a nurse, said, if you're gonna do that "shit" you should taper off so that your body can recover. Hence the "pyramid". But everything I've researched about AAS says what Vic has said. The body will not start naturally producing until levels in the body fall short of natural production. And it takes very little gear (don't remember how much exactly) to stop the natural production. That's why we're saying not to taper off. hope this helps......pins
 
I would respectfully disagree to an extent. Your testosterone priduction will not shut down 100% on 100mg of test weekly. Neither will it on 200 mg. On 200mg your test will decrease dramatically but not shut down 100%. And that's the idea behind tapering down, it signals your body with reduced test levels every week. Besides you hardly make any gains past week 8 anyway so who cares. I like to taper down my usage. Tapering up is another story, but the tapering down is an aspect i use, have used and will always use and i've been to 275lbs on 500mg of gear, so i'm sure i did not waste any gear.
 
You have to stop using words like "always". It's all speculation at this point and a lot of personal experiences thrown in. The more correct way to describe it would be "usually".
