Dosages

I have been reading about dosages. I see 500 ml of this a week or 200 ml of that a week.But I have been told to do much less by the person who sold them to me. I have reforvit B and Winstrol and I take2- 1cc shots of winstrol a week and 2- 1.5 cc shots of reforvit B. My question is, "Is this an acceptable dose?" and is this a good group of roids to get some Mass and cut?"


Also, do you guys know of any easier ways to get the stuff (legitimate stuff) yet cheap??
