I'm lowering my dbol dose from 30mg to 20mg, I'm half way through my cycle, hoping this will help with headaches and painful lower back/lower leg pumps, plus i can stay on a bit longer :D. I've been dosing 10mg 3 x a day, how do you guys think would be best to dose 20mg? just 2 of 10mg? I was also considering 4 x 5mg doses and 1 x 10mg preworkout and then 2 x 5mg on workout days. what would be best??
 
That sounds more effective. I have been running 30 mgs ed split into three doses. I am thinking of doing the same thing you are as I will be starting some winni today also.
 
With dbol i think the more you split it up the better... i enjoy my doses right before working out or a night out on the town ;)

your bp is probablt to high. thats not good. ai cycle suport will help. high bp can become perma. some milk thistle will prevent the back pumps pm RADAR about that he will tell you what it is i cant remember.
 
yeah i know the headaches are not a good sign for bp, I'm taking milk thistle already, not the brand that RADAR talked about (think it began with L). I've increased water intake a lot and this has helped, the headaches are not bad anymore, and i'm hoping after going to 20mg/day they will disappear. I'll check out ai cycle support though bro and thanks for the info :D whats your opinion on my dosing ideas though?

i think the lowest effective dose while mantaining your health as best as you can is the way to go.

25mg ed should yeild some results.

Split every 4-5 hours.
 
i think the dose would be better 1 hour before w/o as far as results. as far as sides spread as evenly as possible. morning after noon before bed.
 
Joe do you mean a whole days dose (20mg) preworkout all at once? i always take 10mg preworkout and thats plenty for me, pumps and energy through the roof. I'm gonnna do ut like this

- non workout days

- 4 doses of 5mg 4 hours apart

- workout days

- 1 preworkout dose of 10mg then 2 x 5mg doses 6 hours apart.

Is this a sensible way to dose?

yes i mean all at once. but regardless i wouldnt chance it around. take the same doses ed.
 
I love Dbol.

If you take all of it at once more will survive your stomach and liver destroying it... you also probably absorb more OFF milk thistle, I use mine before and after but not during.

On the other hand, Dbol taken spaced out will have the drug acting upon your system longer... You want it floating around while protein is being metabolized for sure, which is 24hrs a day for me.

preference, maybe.. I love 10mg pre workout as well..
 
God i love dbol i just started taking it yesterday and my mood and energy are already WAY UP! :p
 
I just ended my 5 wk kickstart with dbol. First 2 wks 30mg ed, all at once 1hr before workout. Last 3wks at 40mg ed, 20mg 1hr pre workout & 20mg later that day. gained about 10 lbs, strength went up very nicely but with me, dbol makes me tired as hell. I have great workouts & get super pumped but rest of the time Im tired lol. Funny how it hits us differently. I do love that stuff though. Seems the jury will always be out on whether to take it all at once or spread out. Ive done it both ways & cant really say I saw difference.
 
Im running 30mgs a day now and its hands down the strongest thing I have ever tried.. My bench went up 20 pounds in under a week. I love it ...wish I could just eat it everyday forever like in cereal and shit. lol
 
kool :D what does your cycle look like apart from the dbol? even 30mg for me was a bit too much, its my first cycle though.
Well wks 1-5 dbol as I said, 750mg wk test e, 500mg wk eq. Was gonna go 12wks but I may have to grab another bottle of eq & extend my cycle. First time runnin eq. Also first time runnin test e at 750mg. This is my 10th cycle, Im 6' 3", 274 lbs, bout 13% bf, 45 yrs old. I got 315 for 10 reps last chest workout so the dbol was good to me, I love it. Even at my size I see no need for me personally to go over 40mg ed with the dbol. Always use common sense with your dosages. Especially starting out.
