Dosage on ECA Stack?

When you guys are using Adipo, PPA, Xenadrine or any other OTC fat burner, what dosage do you guys use. Typically, do you do what's on the bottle... twice or three times what they call for?

I start off lower then the recommended dose to access my tolerance then go up from there
