Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I have read in two different magazines about the dosages for Hydroxycut. One says to follow the bottle and the other one says as long as you don't go over the maximum dosage you should be okay. I have been taking 1 a day like the bottle said for the first week. I would like to know if I could up it to 3 a day for the rest of the time that I take it. Sorry if this was answered before, I couldn't find it. Thanks for any help.

Some people are more sensitive to those kind of stimulants than others, I used to take one at a time, twice a day and thats all I needed and wanted for that matter. Others can wolf down 3 at a time, probably sometimes more and are ok. It works but dont use it for a long period of time, I just save the Ephedrine for my workouts and let me muscles burn fat the rest of the day now.
