I usually hit my nap around 2-3:30... about an hour and half. I do it either before going to the gym or afterwards. take about 30 grams of ion whey in water before and immediately waking up...
Exactly! Me too. Always after a long day of work, school, the beach... i take a small nap 20-40 minutes long, and i'm set for the rest of the day. I guess this time i needed a little more... plus i missed the new episode of The OC.
I'm going to do myself a favor now and eat 4 slabs of lamb steak. Oh how i love my steak.
