Just got my Beasdrol stack in today. Starting tommorrow or monday, probably monday because im taking tomorrow off from the gym. I will update tomorrow with a before pic. I have been training seriously for about 4 years now, started out at 5'5" at 95 (srs) and im now 5'5" 165. This will be my first cycle and depending on how it goes not my last. I'm competing in my first comp on april 28 so starting monday i will be in a pre-contest diet that will be written up by my trainer. i can post up the workouts and diet later on. I would like to either maintain at 165 and drop fat or gain and keep 10lbs lbm. Currently at 12% bf and would like to be down to 6% or less by contest. Yes I know cutting my fat in half in 12 weeks won't be easy but im motivated. I will have this thread as my beastly log throughout the cycle and may even update on my 2nd cycle. Wish me luck!
 
Good luck bro but the stuff works! You will gain over ten lbs with beast so you better watch out if you do not want to gain too much......
 
oh i would love to gain as much as possible. doing mens physique so weight is not an issue!

today is my off day but i couldnt help it, started today. quick question though, i have a small supply of triazole and activate extreme. could these be beneficial for me to stack on beast?
 
another guy was asking a similar question this week... that tren ph is pretty harsh and will definately shut down your natty test production... i would advise it to be stacked with testosterone to prevent sexual disfunction... at least a trt dose, 125-150mg/wk...

I have two bottle of activate xtreme i'm going to run at 4 caps a day 1 - 8 weeks. First time I will be using this compound as well so unfortunately cant tell you anymore.
 
I may switch the beast dosing a bit and move to 3 caps/day for weeks 3-5 (theres enough in 1 bottle for it)

Had my first workout on the beast today, did chest and hamstrings and felt GREAT! no sides as of yet on day 2. no headaches or anything. only side i have is just wanting to move at all times. i cant sit still!

edit: ok i was short on time so i wasnt able to log my workout. i do things a little differently. i train what i feel is lacking that day and it always changes. i focus on form and take very little (less than 15sec) rest breaks so the weight isnt alot compared to most of you. this works best for me

today was another good day. thirsty as hell! for some reason around 430pm i was super tired! i slept like shit, not sure if it was because of the beast or just a coincidence. anyways today i was feeling shoulders and biceps

early post for me today. i slept like shit again last night. ive been pissed all day long for no reason (comes with the territory). im in the military so naturally i PT with my unit everyday. had a new feeling that i hadnt experienced yet. while i was running i went from a shitty mood to a great mood. and while i was gettin tired and winded i still felt like pushin myself harder and longer. (we dont run we do circuit courses that will break off a normal in shape man) so now im in a great mood. is this normal while on the beast? will update later tonight after my workout
 
this is only day 4 since the start and i have gained a solid 5lbs!!! getting better shape everywhere. i still have 4 more weeks! ill do a serious weigh in on sunday (1 whole week on cycle) and i hope to be 170 or better.
this is my normal diet and i dont really stray to far from it

holy aggression batman!!! ive been trying to lay off the caffeine lately (coffee in the am and pre-workouts are the only caffeine i intake) and i feel pissed every morning if i dont have my caffeine. not sure if its the beast or lack of caffeine+lack of sleep. im going to blame it on the beast. im completely happy in the gym though, always wanting to push myself harder and longer. i have noticed small changes in my body shape. ill report back sunday morning with a weight update. i was at 159 the day i started. i weigh myself as soon as i wake up right after the morning pee, been doing it for a few months on the same scale so its a good control. i usally weigh myself every night right before bed and right when i wake up. usually drop about 3lbs, sometimes 4 depending on how much water i had to drink that day (i like to keep it between 1.5 and 2 gallons daily.)
 
If you can, try to take a nap after pt and at lunch to help with the sleep/mood issue.

These supplements can make you a little irritable. Just remember it's what you are taking and all should be fine. Everytime I start a PH cycle, I have crazy dreams for the first 3-5 days lol. Other than that, I ran beast @ 30mg a day for a month and had back pumps only one time, randomly, in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. That was my only side besides friggin' puffy nipples lol.
