I saw this movie last night in the theatre,....the movie with Michael Douglas.....part of the movie, they were on a boat leaving NY and going to Hart Island and off in the distance you could see the twin towers.....the movie came out Sept. 28 and I was surprised they enver edited out the twin towers...not that I think they should of, I was just surprised they didn't....

LOL I am very movie challenged...I though you must be gonna mean "DON'T SAY I TOLD YOU SO!!!" or something like that, LOL :D

I guess not, huh? :o

Re: the towers...I guess I'd leave them unless it was supposed to be set in the future...must be kinda poignant to see them...

Btw, my 6 year old daughter just got a jacket with trim matching the clothes in your avatar...fake fur it is, on her jacket, that's otherwise bright red.

It was her choice... :)

I enjoyed the movie. It was very good, even though it was abit typical. Douglas is a good actor.

"a bit typical" -- do you mean it was a bit predictable?
I'm not quite sure what you meant by that.

I'm glad you enjoyed watching it :)

I meant typical, as in good "guy/bad guy and good guy always wins" typical.....although it was predictable too, somewhat.....
Yes Nicole, I was very surprised too....

Speaking of movies, I have noticed the past few weeks that they would list a movie like "First Blood" on the grid on a nice Sunday afternoon. I settle down to watch my fave violent flicks and they change it to fluffy movies.
What the fucks up with that. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but then it was happening over and over.

The world we live in needs to chill and stop being so goddam sensitive and PC. Thats what got us in this mess in the first place.

Besides I would feel better myself watching John McClane kicking the shit out of terrorists then watching "The Piano" or some other drivel like that.
