...But my question was do I save my last bottle of HCG for my next cycle or use it now during post cycle. Wrapping up the following cycle:

Week 1-10 Sust250 @ 500mg/week
Week 1-10 EQ @ 400mg/week
Week 1-4 Dbol @ 30mg/day
Week 8-13 Winny @ 50mg/day

Haven't noticed any Testicular atrophy, but this is my heaviest cycle yet, so I am thinking about using it. On the other hand, I would have to take it easier on my next cycle, as my guy doesn't ship HCG anymore.

Thoughts?

Even if they havent shrunk to raisin status I'd bet theyre not normal.
I would use it to be on the safe side.

I believe you need to do proper PCT for this cycle, by using your HCG that you have on hand. When your ready for your next cycle which should be in about another 13 weeks i bet you can find another source to get some HCG.
If you don't use your HCG that you have now, just watch yourself shrink back down to where you started. Anyone can correct me on this, but i think i'm right here.
