Don't hate weak showoffs?

There's a fellow that goes to my gym. Probably hispanic decent and in his mid 30's. Wear's one of those tight spandex muscle shirts to the gym.

When he benches, he will add 2 plates to each side. Get a spot. The spot will do most of the lifting, and he will only go halfway down. He does this about 5 reps. Then do 2 more sets of this.
Why the fuck would someone do this?? Do they actually think they are getting stronger? Fuck! I just wanna go there and tell him to do one full rep without a spotter doing the work, and touch the chest and back up.

Now, he goes onto the squat rack. Loads 2 plates and a 35 on each side. Positions the bar on his traps, steps back, and goes for the squat. Comes down about half way, then back up. Does this for about 6 reps of 3 sets.
Hey buddy, there's a reason why your fucking legs are puny, you don't work them!!

When he does tricept pulldowns, he pushes his whole body to move the whole thing down and then jerks it down. Absolutely no tricept work whatsoever.

When he does lying down dumbell presses, he goes about halfway down, and then back up again. No full extension.

Ugh.

End of rant.
 
Why do you care? I could give two shits of what other people are doing in the gym, as long as they aren't getting in my way, screw em'.
 
I hear ya but i don't go all the way down to my chest either,i stay about 5" from it.Its bad for your shoulders.
 
As long as they aint loud and obnoxious or chatting on their cell phone i really don't care. I just laugh quietly to myself and shake my head.
 
I have a couple Spanish dudes working out at the gym always wearing tight club clother to the gym. Chest day is their "super gym day". On all other days they lift like pussies and do sets of dedlifts with 135lbs, LOL!

this is what seperates "us" from "them".... if "them" knew what we do- they would look just like "us" and be able to perform just like "us".....so let "them" be who they are and allow "us" to set an example and set ourselves apart....its great to be in such a minority-dont you think?
