Donating blood

Last night I donated blood and upon waking today I feel like a new man. I feel incredibly energized to start. Is it normal to feel so good after donating? I have been using AAS more than is have in the past this year so I figured maybe the lowered RBC count helps

Anyone from Canada donate blood? I've been told that you are not able to donate blood if you have used any AAS or needles - they ask up front.

I am in Canada. You lie up front then they have a secret sticker you can put saying you don't think your blood should be used or yes your blood is safe

yes bro ur def right on……. i feel amazing every time i give blood. its good for everyone to do regardless.

I felt great the day after my first blood donation. Possibly because I had very high Iron levels pre donation Since then, I have donated every two months for a year now, I have not experienced the same big gain in well being the next day, a small gain but not to the same degree.

If they refuse you because you told them about needle use, you can donate blood for "therapeutic" purposes and it won't be given to other people. You may need a doctor's order. You can also have your own blood stored for your own personal use incase you were to lose blood in a car wreck, etc

In the colorado, if you need blood drawn and you do not fit the criteria (RBC >54) you will in a script plus $300.
,
which is BS b/c it is very easy to get to 54 with gear + altitude. so the trick is donate often.
