doing leg workouts....?

does quats really work the hams a lot? i feel the strain by far on my quads, and was wondering if i could really consider squats a quality hamstring workout...like getting two bodyparts worked at once
 
Ok bro, here is what it comes down too.... Foot placement..... try moving your feet back or forth and knees slightly bent inward or outward and wider and closer stances untilll you feel your hams work. Also try to go down as much as posible on the squat. While i dont think squating alone is enough for hamstrings adding a 2nd excercise such as deadlifts or leg curls will be the perfect fit in the leg workout i see your trying to develop.:)
