Doing Cardio without losing size???

Hey guys im currently running test e 500mgs for 14 weeks then 6 weeks of winny during the cycle and im about 10 or 11 % bodyfat if i had to guess accurately. So what my ? is about how much cardio should i do a week to drop BF levels but still maintain size any help and or personal experience would be great thanks
 
Cardio is great, but your diet will be most important. You should do cardio at least 5 times a week in the am before food.
 
im doin test and deca now....i do 30 min of cardio after i workout everyday and i feel great not loosin any size and not gettin bloated....ur not goin to lose size if ur juicin anyway
