I had the same thing happen. trained DC on gear and when I came off I retained almost all of my strength and size. The only thing that went down was my squat. I couldnt beleive it
I am on page 32 now been readin it every free minite I get. Great theory's but the only thing I wonder about is the fat loss, I want to be shredded soooo badly and hope it can be done on this program.
