...are the most pissy and hostile towards any percieved e-diss?
where as the JuicerSrs, such as galaxy or wulfgar, are relatively drama free and seemingly boring?

I do lol @ Lestat giving people for their physique when he has no back and a concave chest. He's built like I was in 10th grade.

And Ludengunt, before a fatty McJnev comment comes out of your visor, I'll be leaner than you in 5 weeks. And thicker than Juicerlites.

I can't get my back to fucking grow man, i do pull ups. fuck.

but I only give a couple people shit about their physique, manly bran cuz he's got the body of a gradeschooler, and he doesn't condition his hair either.

Switch your grip up with the pull ups, do rows at a number of different angles, do some snatches and cleans. You can do it, for chrissake.

I think bran's working pretty hard on his fat-off. He'll be pretty lean in a few weeks.

Compound exercises, Heavy weight, lots of calories... You'll grow sure enuff :)

WHen I stopped giving weak-ass excuses like "I dont wanna lose my abs" "But I do (insertnameofexercisehere)" I started getting stronger - size follows.

You cant sculpt a pebble and you can't build a back with a "little" work.

I guarantee if you hit deads and bb rows and lumbars( and eat) - the back will grow like a weed.


Funny in that most of the criticism I see slung towards the physiques of others are being spit by those who own:

1 - Backs flatter than roadkill

2 - Legs that a chicken would be ashamed of

Damn borly, I feel like it. I think it's more lard than anything. Fat's going away and muscle's coming back for sure. Quite a bit slower than a few years ago, damnit.

Individual genetics, you said it yourself. I can grow every other muscle just fine, and my back grew right along with them, however it still appears out of proportion.

I was referring to myself, not all people. Of course there are 6'5 strongmen thick as a tree trunk, I'm not naturally the size the of a damn tree.

Personally, every time I've set out to bring up a weak bodypart, it wasn't tough. I make a point of eating more DAILY than I was (just a few undred calories, not a lot - just more than my body is used to at the time), and often double up on the bodypart and work it twice a week - once lightly (maybe 3 sets of one exercise) and then another real workout for the bodypart. Presently trying to bring up my upper back (bring out bumpiness more and stuff) and upper chest a bit. And ditto my training partners.

I will also say this: I see it in guys I train with all the time - the ones who put the effort in (like, make SURE they eat enough every day and make SURE they get to the gym like 5 times a week and sleep) always get the results. Then others still show up 5 times a week, but aren't as focussed on their eating and at the end of 6 months, they still look the same whereas my other training partner does not. You either have it ALL together, or forget the whole thing and pack it in cause all your doing really is maintaining (if that) and you don't need to work hard to accomplish that since your body is working to do that anyways.

No excuses, people just convince themselves it's not their fault so they won't have to work for it. I assure you, it's ALL your fault.

I try not to down anyone's physique unless they brag about having what they don't. I know I got lagging parts as well as everybody else know they lack in a certain area.
 
Well on a large enough dose of test I just plain love the entire world!

Anytime I cross the 500 mg/week line I become anyone and everyone's best friend. In my experience, this idea of "roid rage" on testosterone is utter bullshit.
 
a good hardgainer's back workout


deadlifts, conventional: one heavy set of 3-5
Barbell Rows: 2x8-10, heavy as you can go with strict form
Power shrugs: 2x12

do warmups of course, but 5 worksets total

I'll hit some rear delts after but thats all I do, a lot of guys will do pullups/pulldowns which I do sometimes but my lats are pretty rad from the rows

Tren's the only one that really affected my mood.
 
Most either have a wide back or a thick back genetically speaking. If you have a wide a wide back it's harder to get thickness, if you a thick back it's harder to have a wide back. Thick people generally have narrow clavicles, thick bunched up looking traps, and smaller shoulders. Wide people have wide clavicles, longer traps and bigger shoulders. Obviously this is a generalization.
