Does your piss smell?

Man i just took a piss and it stinks and was kinda glowing green, neon style. I took some ALA which burned my damn insides after my workout. Creatine, Glutamine, 2 scoops whey and man did it smell. Some of you guys must have it worse. I only had it worse once when i ate a bad bean burrito.

sometimes after i take a multivitamen my piss is neon yellow with a slight green hue...weird shit and a lil stinky too...i laugh when my piss smells worse than my farts do...kinda funny to me

Usually what that means is the ammonia concentration of your urine is pretty high. Try and take in more H20 to make your urine more dilute. Ammonia is a by product of protein breakdown so I am sure that is why it smelt. Hope that helped!

when you take alpha lipoic acid after about an hour or so your usrine will have a weird smell. In fact most experts believe that's how you know if your lipoic acid is real or not. If your urine smells that means it's real and a quality brand, but if your urine doesn't have a smell wihin 1 hour of ingesting your alpha lipoic acid it means that it's poor quality. It's the only thing I have found that makes my piss smell weird.

Yeah my multivitamins and B-50 will make my piss neon yellow. The smell i get sometimes from the ALA is kinda wierd, but also get an ammonia type smell when i eat lots of protein. Don't know what to do about the smell.

For some reason this only happens after ALA use. I only use ALA after a workout so i pretty much know its that.

dude..I know what you mean...I experience the same thing after taking ALA...my piss smells like burnt plastic. It happens to most of the people I know that takes it. Its no big deal.

It depends on what you've swallowed. As you know if you've been downing a bunch a water it will be odorless and colorless. B vitamins can smell in the urine.

Ala is definately making my piss smell. It smells as if I just ate asparugus.

Mine only smells if I'm not drinking enough water.

Like the others said, some supplements and vits will definitely make it smell more than usual.
