At mine it's missing a swimming pool and Sauna.

A decent hacksquat machine or a legpress machine and a sauna. They used to have one but they rebuilt the place and they never installed a new one

It could use employees that aren't pricks. A piece of equipment that I miss from my last gym is the deadlift platform.

medicine balls. more dumbells. better benches. failure bars for flat bench ( a nd hand power rack would do).....oh and more floor space

Missing: Decent trainers, swimming pool...sauna...and group excercise classes (WHAT?? They would be better for cardio than the frigging treadmill )

It has everything as far as machines and weights. The staff is pretty cool. And the other members are cool.
