hey bros im gonna be doing a eca/ldex/yohimburn natural(no AS)

i will be running in the morning on a empty stomach, or should i?
wake up 6:15 take 25m-50mg eph/200 caff/325 aspirin

6:30 2 scoops o simply whey is water(22g of whey protn) then ill add in 5-10gs of l-glutamine, mix them together, and wash it down with 2 gs of vit c

6:45: 30 mins of running/jogging


would that be a good plan for my anticatabolic pre run shake? does it sound good? thnx

I've been doing Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach followed by breakfats a bowl of cereal with some skim milk.I also do some cardio in the evning if I have time. Also some peopl find it difficult to do Cardio on an empty stomach so if this is you than yes that shake will be fine and it'll get a little something in your stomach before the workout.But if you can I suggest doing it on an empty stomach.
