I order a product on the internet. A package arrives containing the wrong product.
Now, in order for me to get the correct product, I have to send the wrong product back, they have to actually receive it, and then they will ship my product.
So in effect, a product that I was supposed to have in my hands yesterday, I will not have until next Thursday.
Doesn't it seem like they should go ahead and ship my product today, and I'll ship their's back today? You know, make the customer happy, and then worry about the business.
