That's odd. Yesterday on the news, the detective said that after showing the officers the children on the bed, she then proceeded to lead them into the bathroom where the fifth child was. Kill this lady, and also kill the trashy people who locked that girl in the closet.

unless she has a really kickass lawyer doing this pro bono and has some top name shrinks she will die. We execute everyone equally if they are convicted and given a death sentence, mental ill and mentally challenged are not spared.

I don't think the death penalty is administered in a manner that is even close to fair. NC has the death penalty but that lady that drowned her kids by letting her car roll into a lake didn't get a death sentence. I'm not a fan of the death penalty but if we are going to use it we need to do it right. If that bitch in NC didn't get a death sentence then it's hard to explain why someone else should.
