I think I'm loosing my mind. I fucking can't stand it
when I see some guy in the gym putting on like
600 pd on the sled and, Then just bending his
knees. I just want to slapp the shit out of him.
I mean come on If you can't do the wieght don't
bother. Your certanly not impressing me. What do
you guys think.

I know what your saying. I see it all the time in the gym especially with young kids. They are trying to lift weight they cant handle. I see kids try to bench weight they cant do one rep for meanwhile they are trying to push out like 5 reps and they dont even bring the bar down half way none the less their chest. Its an ego thing with them, they are trying to impress everyone. Its a young mistake.

Try channeling all that negative energy and anger into your training. It should provide for good workout on your part. Forget about everyone else in the gym. I do.
 
I agree with what every one is saying ignore them .But u cant help to notice the guy curling to much weight that uses more of his back then arms and looks like he is humping air.
 
That pisses me off too, but not as much as when their doing half reps with their training partner helping them...yelling "c'mon man" "thats its man"....i just laugh at them, and i make sure they see me laughing
 
I like the guys who brag about squatting 500 lbs, and then you see them do it and the don't even squat 1/4 the way down.. lol just laugh and watch your form, lest someone laugh at you!

I know it sucks... I just look at my physique compared to theirs... that helps me shrug it off and laugh.

But what's even worse, is after the set, when they're all through yelling, and grunting, and their training partner is yelling at them to get "1 more! 1 more! 1 more!", and they slam the weights down... they look around like they're currently the toughest sonofabitch the Earth has ever seen... yet they're built like the fat guy on NYPD Blue.

Oh well... just flex and bear it.
 
I used to let it bother me, now I just worry about myself and what im doing, I could care less how much the guy next to me is doing, i just look in the mirror and say to myself " Damn I'm handsome":alien:
 
Just think that if everyone did all the exercises properly....then we wouldn't have anything to bitch about.

I just hate when they ask for help, you show them how to do something properly and then they go right back to doing it the way they were before.

Don't wate my time!!!!!
 
rule 1--don't EVER worry about what someone else is doing in the gym unless they are your workout partner!:splat:
 
when i was younger, shit like that bugged the hell out of me. now i just laugh it off and keep on hitting the weights. but............being one of the biggest in the gym does help.:D
