does this look about right for cutting

hello
hows this for a cutting diet.
250g protein, 50-75g carbs, 75g fat (mainly from flaxseed oil and pb)
cardio 5-7 times a week. 20m intense (first thing in morning). 20m low intense (afternoon)
weights 4 times aweek
abs every 2nd day
does that look about wot for someone who is 170-180 pounds.. trying to lose 5% bf and has a fken high metabolsim
 
IMO you should increase fat a lil and decrease pro. i always have great success with higher fat to keep insulin low; remember that protein can be converted into glucose aswell. however, if this has worked for you in the past then go for it. Also are you taking anything with your cut diet ie. clen,eca?

umm er it would be 50-75g carbs... i thought i could do the protein powder in water thing.. but cant keep it down :( so its gotta go in milk.
