Damn, it's been a minute since I've posted. My cycle is coming to a close, 2 more weeks and I'm all done. It's a sad thing when you look at your vial and realize its only a finger nail high.

phase 1: THE RISING ACTION

So, to get to my point, I'm going to talk about a very popular trend that I've notice in many bodybuilders cycles. My cycle consisted of 500 mg of testosterone cypionate, and 750-900mg of Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - /wk for 14 wks, for those who don't know. Let me explain my progress, feelings, and results as I progressed through the weeks. By week 3-4 my appetite & enthusiasm were STARTING to CLIMB significantly. Maybe not so much from the chemical reaction, but, mentally knowing I was taking juice and training so much harder released a great deal of endorphines to say the least. So, first month down and feeling great; everything is on the rise. Gains, weight, appetite, sexdrive, spirtits, ect.

Phase 2: THE PEAK!

My absolute favorite part of the cycle. Increase my EQ/WK from 500mg to around 750-900mg/wk. Kept the test constant at 500mg/wk Sunday & Wednesday (250mg each). Every now and again, 100 mg of prop. on friday to get through the weekend. WEEKS 5-9 WERE THE ABSOULUTE MONSTEROUS PUMPS, FEEL GREAT DAYS, LION EATING APPETITE, STRENGTH INCREASED LIFTS, AND COMPLETE PEAK OF THE CYCLE!!!! Nothing could stop me or go wrong! A kodak moment of time!

phase 3: THE DOWNWARD SPIRAL

Around week 11, I started to feel over trained and out of energy. Such that, I could just feel my body not as strong and a bit lethargic if you will. Balls lost a little size, libido rather reluctant, and muscle growth at their peak. WHO ELSE HAS NOTICED THIS MOMENTUM DURING A CYCLE? I beleive that "the peak" could be held onto a little long if I was better prepared and a tad bit smarter. For instance, at about week 7, I would have used HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - for about 1-2 weeks straight at 500iu eod. Maybe, started to run some proviron 25 mg ed to open up the door for more flowing testosterone (proven to do so). THE NUMBER 1 THING I WOULD HAVE CHANGED is more****REST****. Let me say it one more time, REST GOD DAMNIT. I caught a cold, Z-pack for 5 days :(

Lets hear some suggestions of what people think about this trend of momentum, and, what diagnosis they claim the cause.

Lastly, my results!!!!! I started at 177lbs. Now, 205 and a very good looking stomach. Them abs are smile at me every morning. BF% has risen 3%, from 8% to around 11%. BEST BODY PART: SHOULDERS. Goldberg traps fo sho. BENCHING AROUND 350 due to my shoulder soreness. Mostly doing high volume lifts with the occational very, very, heavy day. 3-4 reps @ about 6 sets each. Do that 1-2 times a week.
