Does the scar tissue break up?

Over the cycles, I've developed some scar tissue in my quads, which is where I always inject. My question is, does the scar tissue break up or, at least, reduce with time?

Thanks. I don't have the money for deep tissue massage so I'll just have to let nature take it's course. That being said, about how long does that take to happen?

There are different types of scar tissue, I am not sure about the scars we create, but will try to find out, interesting question,

I am not convinced that many people have pronounced scar tissue, like I mentioned I will try an answer this, kind of important and interesting question

Cross-fiber scare tissue can be massaged away. Even if you just go get a vibrating massager (here come the vibrator jokes) it's better than nothing. If you don't massage it it can take several months to go away. If you do massage it you can get rid of it in a week.

After hand surgery a few years back I had to massage my fingers for months twice a day to get rid of the scar tissue, one of those three headed massagers worked good for where they took the skin graft on my forearm, but both those were close to the surface. the actual finger that got the most scar tissue deep, never went away.

Couldn't have said it myself..just rub the crap out the area when you aren't injecting in that spot. switch to another injection site and give that site some rest for a few weeks..
