Does T3 makes u feel flat?!?

not that i have a load of experience..but from what i felt...as long as I ate enough, i actually felt better than i did normally....along with the increased metabolism of carbs and fats...proteins as well get used quicker so if u keep feeding your body with quality carbs and protein i don't see why u would flatten out much

cause it helps cut fat alot quicker than without it. So what if you look flat for a couple weeks, plan around it...
 
What can you take ...

To prevent that? Any AS that we counter act that? I was planning on doing it with a no carb diet from Swolecat. I know on his diet I was feeling flat.

...I would not run t-3 on a low carb diet unless you are FAT...I would suggest a carb up day once a week while on t-3 to prevent muscle loss and the"flat" look
 
T3 on no carb isnt a good idea... the body down regulates t3 on no carb for a reason and this is why low carb is so good...

High t3 on no carb means more muscle will be burnt and protein you eat will be more readily converted to glucose

i'm running 25mcg a day of t3 and 50mgs. of tren eod, with my carbs at 70 to 100grms. a day gettin ready for a show. do u think that will hurt me , i'm flat as hell also, but i'm gonna have a cheat meal once a wk, so maybe it will keep the metabilsm boosting and keep me not as flat, i hate being flat makes me feel like i'm not getting know where when i'm dieting for a show. oh yea. does it make u guys hungry as hell, and sweat alot, b/c it does me
 
So you guys are saying not to run T3 while on a low or no carb diet. Is this even while on anabolics? If you are cutting and want to add T3 to help out a little, i believe you should still keep your diet in check, low carbs. I cannot loose fat without cutting carbs. i dont understand how you guys are stating that T3 will burn muscle while on other anabolics such as test and winny?
 
Isnt the whole point of adding T3 due to the fact that while on a low carb diet, your T3 levels drop, therefore you add T3 to boost them up?
