Does synthol add any weight?

This may sound dumb, but I was wondering if synthol increased your weight beyond that of the actual oil injected. Is there any sort of hypertrophy involved, or it it just oil sitting in the muscle?

well coming from expereince i added an inch to my arms, and didnt gain any weight
