yes,no maybe so...screwed my buddy up so bad he could barely lift, recked his cycle. myself im only sore for a day or 2 only had 1 bad 5 day long lump. personaly i will never do it again

It hurts the most when you quit taking it and shrink. IMO, the pain means it's working to a certain extent. I am doing some Sust right now (300mg/ml) and it has BA and EO in it - it is painless - almost completely. Out of 15 injects so far only 2 have hurt, and they were nothing more than a pricked nerve/vein/etc. I shoot it in my quads, and shoot it every 3rd day

Sust may leave you sore the next day or two, but man up and get used to it. You wont notice after a couple of weeks....

Also helps to shoot deep as you can into the muscle... at least for me. I use 23g 1.5in and usually go about 1.3 inches deep.

I'll admitt...Sust in quad isn't the best feeling. I try to stick to glutes when using sust. Rotating glutes should be fine if only injecting a couple times a week.

If you can handle prop then you should be able to take sust.
