I was a heavy smoker for 7 month. 20 a day. Then suddenly quit (cold turkey). couple of month has gone.. and i started lifting and eating properly. However when i have a beer ( I try to limit it to once a week, and only have a bit night about once in 2-3 weeks on my booze, but however i always get the urge to smoke a couple.. maybe like 5 cigs for the evening. After the night out, im all healthy (diet wise again). Can it do much damage? or do my lungs clean out soon??

If you socially smoke, you'll just eventually start heavy smoking again, guaranteed.

nasty.. that aside the newest study shows that 70% of smokers that quit will develop adult onset diabetes..

I don't like those odds.. how about you??

If you already quit smoking, you have to sustain that. Any temptation should be avoided because yielding to such even if just a few number of sticks is tantamount to restoring your old smoking habit.

Absolutely true. When yo quit, you should really stop smoking. There's no such thing as social smoking. If you smoke, you smoke. If you don't, you don't.
