Does R-ALA make you hungry??

Ever since I' started taking it I seem to feel a little more hungry than usual.

I ate at about 4 hours ago (lots of protein) got really full and should have been good for the rest of the night.

But I took my R-ALA about 45 min ago and am getting pretty hungry.

Ive noticed it alot since I started taking R-ALA.

Are you taking anything with caffeine also?

it might be increasing your appetite in conjuction with r-ala i think

TC2: the reason why you might be feeling increased hunger with r-ALA is because as an insulin facilitator it clears/decreases your blood sugar much faster and much more efficiently - as plasma glucose levels drop the more you're feeling the onset of hunger.

I have to take r-ala with carbs, or within 20 minutes, or else I'll get seriously hypo!
