does nolvadex work well with deca?

I remember there were some arguments on this issue

nolva doesn't block progesterone. test armoatises into estrogen which can be blocked by nolvadex, but deca aromatises into progesterone, which only ru-486 can block. it would be a waste to use nolva and deca.
