Does nolva prevent or cure gyno

I'm taking 20mgs a day of nolva for gyno and I don't think it's doing much to take the gyno away
Do I need to up the dose or what? How long does it usually take to notice improvement?

Gyno is a caused by a build up of estrogen, nolva is used to help block the estrogen. Although there are different forms of gyno. I belive nolva wont work any better at a higher dose than 20mg. May be wrong tho. Keep at 20mg a day for another week and if your still having problems consult a doctor. How long have you been on nolva may I ask?

It can most definitely help prevent it. Bodybuilders have been using
this effectively for years.
